Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an experienced Business Application Analyst – Workday who will be responsible for configuring business processes within Workday – ideally in the HCM, Compensation and Security space. The successful candidate will provide support on deployment and change management for initiatives relating to applications owned / managed.

Desired Skill-Set

Workday configuration experience.
Participate in complex applications and systems development
Requirement elicitation experience. Impart your subject matter expertise.
Give solution options, bolster stakeholder support.
Ability to review technical deliverables for quality throughout the detailed design and development phase, identify gaps or redesign as needed.

Nice To Have

Workday certifications (e.g. HCM, Comp, Security)
Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)
