Build the foundational Back End and database infrastructure for Strala's AI-driven insurance claims platform.
Design and implement scalable systems capable of handling 100x growth.
Develop APIs and Back End services using Python, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
Optimize system performance, cloud infrastructure, and containerized applications (Docker, GCP, AWS).
Collaborate with the founding team to shape Strala's technology stack and engineering culture. Job Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in Back End development (Python, Go, or Node.js).
Startups: At least 1+ year in an early-stage, high-growth startup (
