Compliance Specialist – Fintech / SaaS (UK / EMEA)

We regularly partner with a global fintech / technology business as they continue to strengthen their EMEA compliance function.

This role suits a Compliance Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, product-led environment and wants exposure beyond traditional financial services.

What typically comes up in this space:

Regulatory & advisory compliance support across EMEA
Interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical guidance
Working closely with Legal, Risk, Product and Commercial teams
Supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and internal controls
Helping a growing business embed strong compliance culture

What backgrounds tend to work well:

Compliance experience within fintech, SaaS, payments, or regulated FS
Strong understanding of UK/EU regulatory frameworks
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
Comfortable working in evolving, scaling environments

London-based | Hybrid working I Contract/Permanent roles typically available
