What we’re looking for:

AWS DevOps expertise (Lambda, S3, Glue, Terraform, CI/CD).
Coding confidence (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
Mindset: Technologically passionate, proactive, and confident—someone who can own decisions, challenge constructively, and adapt fast.

The environment:

On-site in Gloucestershire (4–5 days/week).
Collaborative, culture-driven team
Interviews by senior engineers (no coding test, but expect a deep technical and cultural conversation).

Desirable skills:

AWS ProServe-style experience.
Architectural frameworks (TOGAF) or design authority exposure.
Greenfield + brownfield delivery experience.
Must be excellent in capability.
Must be commercially minded and used to working in a Robust environment
Key quality would be Technological passion and confidence.
