En tant que personne dédiée au développement logiciel chez Mirego, tu contribues chaque jour à la création de produits numériques de calibre mondial qui ont pour ambition de changer le monde, en collaboration avec des équipes talentueuses. Tu aimes résoudre des problèmes concrets, livrer du code de qualité et apprendre en continu. Tu es une personne passionnée par le développement Back-End, mais tu aimes aussi contribuer au développement Front-End ou Mobile lorsque l’occasion se présente.
TON QUOTIDIEN
Tu conçois, développes et maintiens des applications Web, mobiles et services Cloud Native en mettant l’accent sur la qualité, la sécurité et la maintenabilité
Tu contribues aux aspects DevOps: pipelines CI/CD, intégration, déploiement, observabilité, sécurité et bonnes pratiques de gestion des secrets
Tu écris du code clair, testé et documenté en respectant nos bonnes pratiques et en favorisant la pérennité des projets
Tu contribues aux décisions d’architecture et proposes des améliorations pour réduire la complexité et optimiser l’expérience utilisateur
Tu participes aux cérémonies agiles et discussions techniques en apportant ton expertise et ton point de vue sur l’évolution des produits
Tu proposes des solutions innovantes, suggères des améliorations pertinentes aux projets et partages tes apprentissages avec l’équipe
Tu collabores étroitement avec l’équipe UX/UI et les parties prenantes afin d’aligner les choix techniques sur les objectifs d’affaires
CE QU'IL TE FAUT
Tu as un BAC ou une expérience de travail équivalente
Tu possèdes un anglais et français fonctionnels pour répondre aux besoins des clients dans un contexte professionnel
Tu es à l’aise avec les technologies Web courantes ou modernes (comme .Net, Python, PHP, SpringBoot, Elixir, TypeScript, Java, React ou GraphQL, pourvu que tu veuilles apprendre!)
Tu comprends les bases de l’IA et tu sais l’utiliser de manière responsable pour améliorer tes flux de travail et tes projets
Tu es une personne passionnée, orientée vers les résultats
Tu analyses, priorises et décides efficacement face aux diverses situations
Tu as la volonté de bâtir des produits et un service de haute qualité

Software Developer
As a software developer at Mirego, you contribute every day to creating world-class digital products that aim to change the world, in collaboration with talented teams. You enjoy solving real problems, delivering quality code, and learning continuously. You are passionate about Back-End development, but also like to contribute to Front-End or Mobile development when the opportunity arises.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You design, develop, and maintain Web, Mobile applications, and Cloud Native services with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability
You explore and automate infrastructure tasks (e.g., Terraform, containerization with Docker, Kubernetes orchestration) to improve reliability and delivery speed
You write clear, tested, and documented code while respecting our best practices and promoting project sustainability
You contribute to architecture decisions and propose improvements to reduce complexity and optimize user experience
You participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions by bringing your expertise and perspective on product evolution
You propose innovative solutions, suggest relevant improvements to projects, and share your learnings with the team
You collaborate closely with the UX/UI team and stakeholders to align technical choices with business objectives
What You Need
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
You need to be comfortable working in French and English to meet client needs
You are comfortable with modern Web or mobile frameworks (such as .NET, Python, PHP, Spring Boot, Elixir, TypeScript, Java, React, or GraphQL—so long as you’re eager to learn!)
You understand the basics of AI and know how to use it responsibly to improve your workflows and projects
You are a passionate and results-oriented
You analyze, prioritize, and decide effectively in various situations
You have the will to build high-quality products and services
You are an autonomous, proactive person who can adapt to different teams, clients, and technology contexts
