Job Specifications

Position: Exceptional Junior SWE

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Build and maintain sophisticated database schemas and backend systems.
Design, develop, and integrate robust APIs for scalable applications.
Create realistic environments and synthetic data to support advanced AI and reinforcement learning workflows.
Ensure applications are secure, performant, and modular.
Collaborate asynchronously while meeting project guidelines and timelines.

Requirements

Strong experience in software engineering within high-performance or demanding environments.
Strong proficiency in API development, testing, and integration.
Strong skills in SQL and database structuring.
Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment.
