Position: AI Red-Teamer — Adversarial AI Testing

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $54–$111 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Red-team AI models and agents through jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and exploit discovery.
Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
Apply structured taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent and reproducible testing.
Document findings clearly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
Support multiple projects across customers, including LLM jailbreaks and socio-technical abuse testing.

Requirements

Prior experience with red-teaming, adversarial AI work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk probing.
Strong adversarial mindset with the ability to push systems to their limits using structured approaches.
Clear written communication skills for explaining risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and adapt across different projects and customer needs.
