DevOps Engineer – Digital Transformation Project

Brussels | Full-time | Competitive Salary Package

Our Client is driving a major digital transformation, modernising core operational systems that support air traffic management across Europe.

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join this high-impact, international environment.

Your Mission

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, implementing and optimising CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments, while acting as a bridge between development teams and the central DevOps organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and customize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), Maven/Gradle
Automate container builds and deployments using Docker, Helm and OpenShift
Integrate artifact repositories (Nexus) and enforce DevSecOps practices
Apply security standards (SAST/DAST) with tools such as Veracode, Trivy, Syft
Manage secrets securely with HashiCorp Vault
Implement monitoring and observability using ELK, Prometheus and Grafana
Collaborate closely with developers, testers and central DevOps teams
Troubleshoot, optimize performance and support scalable, resilient systems

Your Profile

Strong experience in DevOps / CI-CD environments
Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, OpenShift, Helm)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Comfortable in Agile / hybrid DevOps models
Good scripting skills (Python, Bash)
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
