Crayon Partners is hiring an Intern – Investor Relations & Business Development

(Private Banking / Wealth Management exposure)

As part of our growth and structuring phase, we are looking for a high-potential intern to support the founding team in scaling investor relationships across Europe and assisting on our capital raising efforts.

The role

Working closely with the founders, you will be involved in:

– Supporting the identification, qualification and follow-up of investors and distributors (private banks, wealth managers, family offices, professional investors)

– Contributing to the preparation of investor outreach and relationship management in a partnership-driven approach

– Assisting the founders in capital raising activities for our funds and club deals

– Participating in investor meetings, events and roadshows (preparation, coordination, follow-up)

– Gaining hands-on exposure to the structuring of an investor relations and distribution platform

Profile sought

– Final-year student or gap-year profile with a first exposure to private banking, wealth management, family office or investment-related roles

– Strong interest in private markets (real estate, private assets)

– Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

– Structured, reliable and curious mindset, with strong execution skills

– Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn directly alongside founders

– Location: Paris

– Bilingual: French / English

Regulatory framework

The internship is commercial and relationship-focused. Investment advice and product/investor suitability assessments are handled by Crayon Partners as a regulated advisor, or by duly licensed partners.
