Job Specifications

Manage and secure privileged access for critical UNIX and database infrastructure (Oracle, SQL Server), ensuring compliance with least-privilege principles, segregation of duties, and organisation's security policies. Act as the security governance layer for privileged access requests, working within ServiceNow and vaulting systems (CyberArk, HashiCorp) to prevent over‑provisioning and maintain audit‑ready controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Provision and manage privileged access for UNIX and database platforms in alignment with security standards.
Implement IAM controls for database accounts, service accounts, and privileged IDs.
Troubleshoot access issues and resolve IAM‑related incidents with infrastructure and application teams.
Onboard and maintain privileged accounts in CyberArk and HashiCorp vaults.
Review and validate access requests to ensure no over‑provisioning occurs.
Support IAM requirements for major initiatives, including AI projects, focusing on backend infrastructure security.

Must‑Have Qualifications:

5–7+ years in Information Security, with strong IAM/PAM focus.
2–4 years of UNIX and Database knowledge (infrastructure and privilege models).
Experience with infrastructure‑level IAM, not end‑user provisioning.
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, CyberArk, and/or HashiCorp Vault.
Ability to interpret technical requests against security standards and least‑privilege controls.

Nice‑to‑Have:

Microsoft Azure IAM/security experience.
