ServiceNow Technical Consultant - ITOM

Long-term Contract-Remote

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a Partner through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform.

This Technical Consultant will gather requirements from key clients & stakeholders focused on ITOM, while being hands-on in Development throughout the project.

What will you be doing:

Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board but in particular with advancements in ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Gather requirements, and be hands-on in development
Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
Working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

Strong ServiceNow Development experience
ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
Previous consultancy experience DESIRABLE
ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist Certification STRONGLY PREFERED (I.e. CIS-Discovery, Service Mapping etc)
Experience with end-to-end ITOM implementations REQUIRED
