Key Responsibilities

Platform Development: Design and implement robust solutions using Flow Designer, Workflows, and UI Builder to create seamless user experiences and automated business processes.
Module Management: Lead the technical configuration and optimization of ITSM, ITBM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and FSM (Field Service Management).
Data & Infrastructure: Maintain the integrity of the CMDB and manage MID Server configurations to ensure successful integrations and discovery processes.
Quality Assurance: Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to develop and execute automated tests, ensuring platform stability during upgrades and deployments.
Mobile Strategy: Create and refine mobile experiences using Mobile Designer to empower a distributed workforce.
