Senior User Researcher

Location: Remote with 90% remote (1-2 meetings per month)

We’re hiring for two Senior User Researchers to help shape digital government services that impact millions. You’ll work in agile teams with Designers, Analysts, and Developers, using qualitative and quantitative research to improve user experiences across government platforms.

Key Skills:

User research planning, execution, and analysis
Usability testing and audience modelling
Experience with agile methodologies, UX, and service design
Strong understanding of frontend development and design personas

Desirable:

Degree in HCI, Usability, Cognitive Psychology, or Market Research
Experience with complex user journeys and digital environments
