IT Integration Architect – M&A required to join a leading global end user brand in France, freelance contract offering excellent rates.

IT Integration Architect with extensive Merger & Acquisition experience is required to provide IT Integration of an acquired company into the businesses existing landscape.

Key deliverables;

Application and functional architecture maps
Comparative capability maps
Target architecture diagrams
Integration scenarios and options
IT convergence roadmaps
Decision and arbitration documents (costs, risks, options)
M&A IT architecture documentation and standards

Key skills required;

Proven experience in IT architecture, IT transformation, or enterprise architecture
Proven experience in post-merger integration, carve-in, or carve-out contexts
Experience in complex, multi-entity IT environments
Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent)
System integration (API-based, event-driven, batch)
Application rationalization and IT urbanization
Strong awareness of run costs and TCO
Fluent French and English language skills are essential for this role

The role can be delivered remotely but there will be some onsite meetings required in France.
