What you will do

Design and evolve scalable enterprise data architectures aligned with long-term strategy
Define and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Architect and optimize ETL/ELT and data flow pipelines
Enable advanced use cases such as data lakes, real-time processing, and AI integrations
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)
Establish standards for data governance, lifecycle management, and documentation
Translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions
Coach and guide colleagues while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams

What you bring

10+ years of experience in data architecture within complex environments
Strong expertise in large-scale data modeling and database design
In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL technologies (incl. graph databases)
Hands-on experience with Apache NiFi or similar data flow tools
Solid understanding of data governance, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management
Exposure to AI-related data processing (e.g. NLP, NER, analytics pipelines)
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Fluent in French or Dutch, with good command of the other and strong English
