Job Specifications

I am hiring for Senior Gen-AI Practitioner / Gen-AI Lead

Location: Manchester - 4-5 days onsite/week

Job Description:

Lead and deliver Generative AI solutions across enterprise use cases, including RAG-based systems and production-grade Gen-AI workflows
Drive AI initiatives across EMEA, ensuring localisation of impact with scalability to global programmes
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver within enterprise AI stack constraints
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes
Support and mentor analysts and practitioners, driving adoption and capability uplift across Gen-AI initiatives
Contribute as a key leader (#2 role) in shaping and executing the global AI4OPS strategy
