Job Description
We’re looking for a Software Engineer who’s passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-quality software. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that power the future of securities-based lending. Whether you’re a full stack developer or backend-focused, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering technology that drives real impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across the stack or focus on backend services
Build and enhance RESTful APIs that power our financial technology platform
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define and deliver new features
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and integration challenges
Participate in code reviews and Agile methodology
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Java and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React
Working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL
Experience using Docker for containerization and deployment
Exposure to automated testing and version control tools like Git
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices principles
Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial integrations preferred
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) preferred
Knowledge of authentication standards such as OAuth2 or SSO preferred.
