A great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of multi-region payroll operations within a fast-growing financial technology organisation. As the Payroll Lead, you'll shape, streamline, and elevate payroll processes as the company continues to scale.
This company is a leading global provider of financial technology and infrastructure solutions, supporting investment banks, trading firms, and financial institutions worldwide.Responsibilities
As the Payroll Lead, you will:
Own the end-to-end delivery of payroll across several international regions.
Build and maintain clear payroll processes, documentation, and controls.
Partner with People, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy.
Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and deliver timely reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations.
About You
To thrive as the Payroll Lead, you bring:
2+ years' experience in payroll, finance, or people operations.
Strong Excel capability (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Experience managing payroll data and working with external providers.
Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A structured, solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
