Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Python developers with strong data engineering and cloud expertise to support large-scale, enterprise-grade systems within the financial services domain. This role requires hands-on development using Python, PySpark, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
Build and optimize data pipelines using PySpark and Spark
Work extensively on AWS cloud services for data processing and storage
Contribute to system design, development, testing, and production stability
Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Apply best practices for application resiliency, security, and performance
Support AI/ML initiatives including AI agents and ML workflows (where applicable)

Required Qualifications

Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts
5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong coding experience in Python, PySpark, Spark
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Practical experience across the full SDLC
Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience delivering production-grade, scalable systems
Strong background in financial services IT systems

Nice to Have

Databricks
Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
AI / Machine Learning exposure
Experience building AI agents
