Job Summary

As our Lead QA Engineer, you are the guardian of quality across our entire platform. You don't just find bugs; you build the strategy and processes to prevent them. Blending deep technical expertise with a strategic vision, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the QA Strategy: Design and drive the quality vision for the platform. Determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing using a risk-based approach.

• Drive Test Automation: Build, maintain, and scale our automation framework (UI, API, performance). Make key technical decisions to ensure efficiency and scalability.

• Investigate & Troubleshoot: Lead deep-dive investigations into complex issues, collaborating with developers to identify root causes.

• Champion a Quality Culture: Act as the go-to quality expert within the development teams. Share best practices and mentor other engineers on effective testing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level).

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a proven track record in a lead or senior-level role. SaaS or enterprise software (ERP, CRM…) experience.

• Technical Expertise: Mastery of one or more automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Proficiency in JavaScript or Python is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git, etc.).

• QA Mindset: A keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a proactive approach to anticipating issues before they arise.

• Skills & Languages: Fluent English is a must. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate risks and recommendations.
