Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for high‑calibre interim lawyers, is expanding its community of structured products specialists to support anticipated client demand.
We are interested in hearing from lawyers who:
are qualified in a major financial centre (for example England and Wales or another key European or common law jurisdiction)
have demonstrable experience across the structured products lifecycle, including:
advising on the structuring, issuance and distribution of retail and institutional structured products
drafting and negotiating term sheets, base prospectuses, final terms and distribution agreements
supporting product governance, regulatory and disclosure work (for example PRIIPs, MiFID II, SFDR, listing and prospectus rules)
working with equity, credit, fund, commodity or multi‑asset underlyings, and payoff features such as capital protection, autocalls or barriers
are comfortable working directly with in‑house legal teams, capital markets desks, structuring and sales teams
enjoy interim, project‑based work and can adapt quickly to new environments.
