We are currently seeking a best-in-class Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator role at Keep Supply fills an important strategic function on a growing team within a quickly scaling company. This role plays an important part on the technology team by managing the configuration of Keep’s Salesforce instance. In collaboration with the Salesforce Solutions Architect and other technology stakeholders, this role helps Keep execute its business objectives through a finely tuned and optimized CRM and PIM product.
Finally, the Salesforce Admin may also need to administer other systems beyond Salesforce as required. Examples include working within the company’s eCommerce platform and non-Salesforce cloud platforms.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Verification of the quality of our Salesforce product and released features
Work with company stakeholders to design and build new user reports and dashboards as required
Create and manage Flows
Configure user permissions as business needs change
Perform QA testing on new features and bug fixes
Stay abreast of the latest developments within the Salesforce ecosystem
Collaborate and execute within a diverse team in a fast moving environment
Solve problems in a creative, scalable manner
Learn and administer other systems, including but not limited to Magento, Google Cloud, and Brightpearl, as required
May perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Information Technology Systems, Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience performing Salesforce Administration
Understanding of Flows, user permissions, list views, and report building in Salesforce Cloud
Basic understanding and usage of Apex
Understanding of core security features of Salesforce and how to implement
Demonstrable skills in creating and deploying changes through DevOps pipelines in an organized and disciplined deployment process.
Ability to communicate across a diverse range of experiences and skills
Capable of both taking and giving guidance and feedback from a wide range of individuals.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the team's success.
Note: While we do allow and encourage the use of LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, please note that the skills described below must be demonstrable without the assistance of an LLM.
Preferred Experience/Skills
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience in platforms beyond Sales Cloud, such as Marketing Cloud or CPQ
DevOps experience (not limited to Salesforce DevOps; experience in other DevOps environments would be of significant value, especially Gearset).
Understanding and experience using Git.
Ability to make minor and routine changes to Apex source code
Basic knowledge and experience with other languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
