We are seeking a talented Data Programmer to join our dynamic Customer Reporting & Analytics team. In this role, you'll work with large-scale datasets to create efficient, scalable reporting solutions that deliver on both quality and accuracy. This position will specifically support data requirements for both Enterprise and Public sector accounts, ensuring robust reporting capabilities for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
· Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement robust processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
· Database Management: Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for performance and scalability
· Programming & Automation: Write clean, efficient code in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant languages to automate data processes
· Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation, cleansing, and monitoring procedures to ensure data integrity
· Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
· Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data processing performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data processes and systems
Preferred Education
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Required Technical Skills
· Data Analysis: Demonstrate your ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar to create visual representations of data, analysis & reporting
· Programming Skills: Knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases and familiarity with BigQuery
· Excel: Strong proficiency in using Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
· Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical concepts and ability to apply them to analyze data.
· Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud data services Google Cloud Platform
