Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide business and systems analysis services supporting a large‑scale Water & Waste IT environment. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis, user experience (UX) design, and system integration experience across web, mobile, and SharePoint platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, sponsors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions that support complex enterprise systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements through workshops, site visits, workflow modeling, storyboards, and other techniques
Gather and document usability requirements; conduct usability evaluations
Design user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications
Produce functional and non‑functional requirement documents, UI specifications, wireframes, visual designs, and user stories
Communicate requirement changes and enhancements clearly to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders
Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and traceability
Enforce requirement standards and refine them as needed
Deliver SharePoint application training for end users
Required Experience
15+ years of recent experience in business and systems analysis and UX design for web‑based, mobile‑based, and SharePoint‑based systems, including complex system integrations
5+ years of experience designing UI (screen flows and task flows), creating functional and non‑functional specifications, and documenting usability requirements
5+ years of hands‑on experience working with web, mobile, and SharePoint applications
3+ years of experience integrating web/mobile applications with:
Google Maps API
Canada Post Address API
Energy Star API
3+ years of experience integrating web/mobile applications with:
Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM)
Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB)
Skills & Technical Depth
Demonstrated experience (one or more projects) integrating web/mobile applications with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB)
Demonstrated experience (one or more projects) integrating web/mobile applications with Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM)
Demonstrated experience (one or more projects) integrating web/mobile applications with Google Maps API, Canada Post Address API, and Energy Star API
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
