Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the banking industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across full‑stack application development teams as a trusted analyst, while strengthening operational processes through analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll contribute to both engineering and business analysis functions, helping evolve customer‑facing systems and internal technical capabilities. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building reliable, scalable software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct software analysis, requirements gathering, risk assessments, and quality assurance activities

• Integrate software with existing systems, tune performance, and ensure usability and automation improvements

• Review customer billing data, complete analysis, and document requirements while partnering with teams across the bank

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field

• Experience designing, coding, and debugging applications in multiple software languages

• Strong background in OOA/OOD, software modeling, testing, and quality assurance

• Proven ability to analyze customer billing data and translate findings into clear requirements

• Banking industry experience with product knowledge

• Strong project management and business analysis capabilities

• Advanced Excel skills and exceptional communication abilities
