Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Innovation & AI development

At Indefi, we are building an AI-powered ecosystem to support our day-to-day consulting operations, aiming to centralize all internal knowledge into a single platform featuring an intelligent chatbot. As an intern, you will:

Identify needs: Collaborate with the team to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can streamline workflows.
Build & Implement: Design, code, and deploy new features for the platform (focusing on NLP/LLM applications).
Test & Scale: Run practical tests on new ideas, ensuring the chatbot and platform provide accurate, actionable value to consultants.
Strategy Consulting Support (Client Focus)

You will work alongside experienced consultants on real corporate strategy projects, providing the numerical and analytical backbone for our recommendations. Your tasks will include:

Data analysis: Scrape, clean, and model complex datasets to support strategic hypotheses.
Field research: Conduct field research and interviews with market experts to gather qualitative insights.
Strategic recommendations: Shape hypotheses and visualize findings to present clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership teams.

Required qualifications:

Student in a top-tier business or engineering school/university;
At least one relevant experience in Consulting, Data Science or AI;
Proven proficiency in Python is required. You must be comfortable developing scripts and working with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.);
Full fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage. A good working knowledge of other European languages would be a plus.

You have a "consultant mindset": analytical, rigorous, and able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You are proactive, autonomous, and eager to build tools that have a tangible impact on business performance.
