The Security Project Manager supports physical security projects focused on protecting personnel and assets across field and office locations. The role combines security systems knowledge with strong project coordination and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical security installation projects from planning through completion

• Develop project scope, schedules, and installation plans

• Identify, specify, and order security equipment

• Track progress and provide regular project status updates

• Coordinate with external security vendors and installers

• Work with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security system gaps

• Conduct site visits to oversee field installations

• Deliver technical training to internal security staff

• Program, configure, and maintain video surveillance and access control systems

Systems and Software (Experience is preferred but not required).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security systems or security project support

• Proven experience planning, scoping, and delivering security installation projects

• Strong administrative, documentation, and reporting skills

• Experience coordinating vendors and internal teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
