Job Specifications

We have an immediate contract opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst (DevOps) with one of our UK clients in Sheffield.

Role: Technical Business Analyst (DevOps)

Contract: 12 months (with break clauses)

Location: 2 days/week in Sheffield

Rate: £450/day (Inside IR35)

Grade: GCB4 / GCB5

Experience: 5+ years in software delivery (banking/finance/fintech preferred)

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus/Sonatype, CI/CD)
Collaboration & communication in global, cross-functional teams
Problem-solving & adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to gather, document, and validate business/technical requirements
Experience in process improvement and automation
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk)
