Remote – occasional travel to Knoxville, TN

Contract

MUST HAVE: experience leading enterprise scale cutovers and go lives, including release readiness, go/no go decisions, and post launch stabilization
Strong ownership of multi system dependencies across platforms such as Salesforce, pricing engines, billing, data platforms, and legacy system coexistence
Demonstrated ability to manage high risk, manual or semi manual deployments
Advanced risk identification and mitigation, with the ability to translate technical issues into business and revenue impact
