Growth Cab is hiring a Technical Application Developer

We’re building and deploying GTM systems across data, outreach, and CRM. This role sits between engineering and delivery: you’ll implement workflows for real users, ensure reliability, and turn messy inputs into working systems.

What you'll do

Configure and ship customer-ready workflows across CRM, enrichment, outbound, and reporting
Integrate tools via APIs and webhooks; handle auth, rate limits, retries, and logging
Own implementation quality: data validation, dedupe rules, field mapping, and governance
Build lightweight internal utilities to remove repetitive manual work
Document setups clearly so they are operable and maintainable
Partner with ops and strategy to translate requirements into practical solutions

What we're looking for

2+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, RevOps engineering, or automation roles
Strong fundamentals: REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, error handling, debugging
Comfort working with CRMs and outbound tooling (HubSpot/Salesforce, Smartlead/Instantly, Apollo/Clay)
Strong process thinking: you anticipate failure modes and edge cases
Bonus: scripting in Python or TypeScript, light data work in Sheets/Airtable, LLM-based tagging/classification
