Job Specifications

Day-to-day responsibilities/Project Understanding:

Discovery & Requirements: Lead workshops and interviews with internal leadership to pull requirements for 15,600 job codes/roles.
Active Directory Cleanup: Oversee "pre-work" to add descriptive data to thousands of AD groups and entitlements so managers understand what they are approving.
Documentation: Turn interview feedback into functional design documentation for the technical team (like Jay) to use for configuration.
Workflow Design: Map out enterprise RBAC workflows and business processes specifically for IdentityNow.

3-5 Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

Business Process/BA Expertise: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical configuration (SDLC focus).
Stakeholder Management: Experience structuring and leading interviews with department heads and leadership.
SailPoint IdentityNow Knowledge: Direct experience with IdentityNow (specifically RBAC and workflows).
Active Directory Data Management: Understanding of AD groups, entitlements, and how to structure descriptive data for access governance.

Nice to Haves:

Healthcare Experience: Ideally has worked with other healthcare organizations on similar Identity Management (IDM) projects.
Epic/EMR Knowledge: Experience with EMR entitlements/integration is a major plus.
API Integration Familiarity: Experience moving from file-based transfers to API-driven integrations (UKG specifically).
