ServiceNow ITSM Administrator

Primarily Remote | Poughkeepsie, NY (on-site as needed)

12+ Month Contract | Potential Contract-to-Hire

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Administrator to support and continuously improve ITIL-based ITSM processes. This role focuses on operational excellence across Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and improve Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem, and Change processes
Lead Major Incident bridges, communications, and post-incident reviews
Maintain and enhance the CSDM model (Services, Offerings, Applications, Business Apps)
Oversee Change Management, CAB meetings, and post-implementation reviews
Create and enhance catalog items, workflows, and SLAs
Drive ITSM process automation and continuous improvement
Serve as an escalation point and partner with IT, business teams, and vendors
Support audit, compliance, and ITSM governance activities

What We’re Looking For:

Strong ITIL process knowledge and hands-on ITSM experience
Solid ServiceNow administration experience
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

ITIL v4 certification
SCRUM / Agile experience
CAB governance and PIR experience
Exposure to ITSM automation initiatives

Additional Details:

Candidates within driving distance of Poughkeepsie, NY preferred
Occasional on-site presence required
