Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in J2EE, Microservices architecture, MongoDB, and Kafka/Messaging systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system design, development, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using J2EE technologies

• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with high availability and performance

• Develop and optimize data models and queries using MongoDB

• Implement event-driven and messaging solutions using Kafka / MQ

• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making

• Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in J2EE / Java-based full stack development

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing Microservices

• 4+ years of experience working with MongoDB

• 6+ years of experience with Kafka and/or MQ messaging systems

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing

• Experience with system design, application architecture, and development best practices

• Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
