Day to Day

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, translating them into clear and actionable data specifications for handoff to data developers.
Assess and document business data needs and work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment.
Independently build upon, expand, and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
Apply Tableau best practices to optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and visual clarity.
Proactively make and execute enhancement suggestions to improve dashboard quality and effectiveness.
Maintain thorough documentation of dashboard enhancements and data workflows.
Provide guidance and support to business users on dashboard functionality and data interpretation.
Design and implement interactive dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop visually compelling visualizations, and ensure optimal performance of the dashboards

Must Haves

5+ years of experience creating dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI
Proven experience in business analysis, data visualization, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, optimization, and best practices
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
Experience working with data development teams to communicate requirements and resolve data issues.
SQL
Data savvy
