Job Description
About the Position
We are looking for an Application Support Consultant (M/F) to join our technical and functional support team. You will be responsible for assisting our clients in using our SaaS solutions dedicated to financial consolidation and lease contract management according to IFRS 16 standards.
Main Responsibilities
Technical and Functional Support
Provide level 1/2 support on Viareport Consolidation and Viareport Lease solutions
Analyze and resolve technical and functional incidents reported by clients
Diagnose application anomalies and propose appropriate solutions
Manage and track support tickets in compliance with established SLAs
Client Support
Advise clients on best practices for using the solutions
Collaborate with the Professional Services team on implementation projects
Business Expertise
Provide expertise on financial consolidation processes
Advise on the application of IFRS 16 standards (lease contract management)
Participate in continuous improvement and regulatory monitoring of our consolidation and support tools
Technical Coordination
Work closely with development and cloud teams
Escalate and track complex requests to technical teams
Maintain and enrich the technical knowledge base
Contribute to the creation of diagnostic and resolution tools
Required Profile
Education and Experience
Higher education in finance, accounting, or equivalent
Experience in application support, ideally in the financial field
Knowledge of SaaS environments and cloud architectures
Technical Skills
Database proficiency and SQL queries (a plus)
Knowledge of financial consolidation tools
Technical analysis and incident resolution skills
Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA, Salesforce, or similar)
Knowledge of Citrix environments and remote access
Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles
Knowledge of IFRS 16 standards (lease contract management)
Proficiency in accounting closing processes and financial reporting
Ability to understand and analyze clients' business needs
Personal Qualities
Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)
Customer service orientation and solution-focused mindset
Rigor and organization in request follow-up
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving
Stress resistance and priority management
Additional Assets Appreciated
Experience or interest in AI tools applied to customer support (such as Forethought)
Ability to leverage AI-generated solutions to optimize customer experience
Aptitude to contribute to the training and optimization of AI models in support workflows
Openness and adaptability to emerging technologies and AI tools
