About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect with strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture data engineering and enterprise application integration The role will be responsible for designing scalable secure and high-performance application architectures shaping cloudnative solutions and defining end-to-end integration patterns that support large datadriven platforms

You will work closely with Product Owners Engineering Leads Data Architects Cloud Architects and DevOps teams to define the application blueprint integration models reusable design patterns and technical standards across complex transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design Technical Leadership
Define end-to-end application architectures for new and existing systems using AWS cloud native components
Develop high-level and low-level designs HLDLLD technical roadmaps sequence diagrams and integration patterns
Ensure architectural alignment with business objectives NFRs performance security scalability and enterprise standards
Provide architectural oversight across the entire SDLCfrom discovery to production deployment
Cloud AWS Solutioning
Architect cloud native applications using
Compute EC2 ECSEKS Lambda
Storage S3 Glacier
Integration API Gateway Event Bridge SNSSQS Step Functions
Data Analytics RDS Redshift DynamoDB Glue Athena Lake Formation
Security IAM KMS Secrets Manager WAF
Drive cloud adoption migration and modernization strategies on prem AWS
Govern cloud architecture ensuring compliance with best practices and Well Architected Framework
Data Architecture Engineering Alignment
Collaborate with Data Architects Data Engineers to design scalable data ingestion transformation and consumption layers
Define data flows metadata lineage data partitioning strategies and storage optimisation approaches
Support integration with data lakes data warehouses streaming pipelines and API driven data access
Ensure end-to-end data governance quality and traceability
Integration Application Modernization
Define microservices architecture API first design principles and event driven architecture patterns
Drive modernization of legacy applications to microservices serverless or containerized workloads
Establish patterns and blueprints for REST APIs asynchronous processing integration with internal and external platforms
Security Compliance Resilience
Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security controls encryption standards and regulatory requirements
Architect for high availability disaster recovery autoscaling and fault tolerance
Work with Security and Platform Teams to embed IAM encryption logging monitoring and audit capabilities
Stakeholder Engagement Delivery Support
Work closely with Product Owners Engineering teams and Business SMEs to translate requirements into architecture
Communicate architecture decisions clearly across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Provide guidance to engineering teams on build vs buy design decisions and technical tradeoffs
Support estimation capacity planning sprint planning and backlog prioritization from a technical standpoint
Core Technical Skills
8-12 years of experience in application architecture solution design and complex system integration
Strong Handson experience in AWS cloud architecture and cloud native services
Expertise in designing applications using
Microservices
REST APIs GraphQL
Serverless functions
Event driven architecture
Containerized workloads Docker Kubernetes KS
