Job Specifications
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer – Digital Experience to join a mature, multidisciplinary team working on critical, client-facing applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development of self-service solutions using a state-of-the-art technology stack, including Salesforce Lightning and Azure Integration Services.
You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and analysts, and your work will have an immediate and tangible impact on both the solution and the end customer.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement small to medium-sized features end-to-end using existing frameworks and solution building blocks.
Maintain and enhance existing systems within your domain.
Analyze, design, code, and test solutions within the established architecture.
Apply engineering standards, principles, guidelines, and frameworks with a focus on performance, security, reusability, scalability, sustainability, and DevSecOps.
Take operational aspects into account, including performance, capacity estimation, infrastructure architecture, and monitoring.
Identify infrastructure needs and define availability monitoring and health checks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
Provide support during incidents and participate in on-call or duty rotations when required.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
Proactively support and coach team members, contributing to their success.
Take ownership and actively promote teamwork and collaboration.
Execute and enforce team processes, ensuring shared understanding of benefits and trade-offs.
Work within the boundaries of security, reliability, and integrity, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Own small to medium-sized features from design through implementation, working in parallel with peers.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Digital Experience / Community Cloud and Web Development.
Solid understanding of common web development technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and CORS.
Experience with or strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce DX.
Experience with standard SDLC concepts and development administration tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
Proactive problem-solver with experience in bug fixing and root cause analysis.
Continuous learner with a growth mindset: creative, curious, innovative, and detail-oriented in execution.
Language & Location
English: fluent (mandatory)
Dutch and/or French: a plus.
