Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

We're on the lookout for a Senior Bid Manager to join our dynamic Midlands Construction team based in Solihull. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering winning bids, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Bid Manager, you'll lead on complex, high-value bids that align with client expectations and showcase our capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling proposals that stand out.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Leading the development of high-quality, client-focused bids
Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to shape winning strategies
Defining win themes and aligning them with client needs
Creating and managing bid programmes and deliverables schedules
Working closely with the Senior Preconstruction Manager to agree on bid plans and timelines

What We're Looking For

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

Effective organisational and communication skills
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality
Proven experience in developing bid strategies and delivering successful bids
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and InDesign
The ability to lead, collaborate, and inspire others
