Job Specifications

Title- Business Analyst / Project Manager

Pay rate: 96-119

Type- 6 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (3-4 days/ week)

Typical Day in Role:

• Help the project team to create metrics and run working groups, ensure all the timelines are met, join working groups to ensure everything is on track

• Defining business solutions for the requirements

• Reading rules and understanding business requirements

• Building controls around the solution (process, database solution)

• Interact with the following stakeholders: Technology, Risk and internal controls other business stakeholders

• Conduct/Manage working groups to understand the requirements or monitor the progress

• Will be required to present to the team and stakeholders

• Produce clear documentation

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

2) BA/PM experience from banking or technology industries

3) MS Office experience, specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

4) Experience in managing regulatory projects

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Project Management experience

2) Experience in risk management

3) Experience in cyber remediation programs

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent Communications skills to coordinate with high- ranking individuals

• Great presentations skills
