About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project objectives align with business goals.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing IT or technology-driven projects who are ready to take ownership of delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
Proven experience managing IT or software development projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent)
Experience managing cloud, infrastructure, or application development projects
Familiarity with ITIL or service management practices
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Exposure to budget and vendor management
