Volvo Group Operations Graduate Program - Traineeship
Over 15 exciting months, the operations graduate program will give you a comprehensive view of the Volvo Group’s global truck manufacturing organization. You’ll explore our brands, plants, logistics, and key business areas like manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll also engage with emerging technologies and develop future-ready skills.
From day one of the traineeship, you’ll hold a permanent position, supported by a manager and mentor, with opportunities for “on-the-job” rotations and real project experience. What will you do?
To reach the next level within our Production Control Program & Planning Department and our Logistics organization, we want to get a better grip on all the information we have in our systems.
As a Digital Innovation Analyst Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting logistics operations within the Volvo Group. You will work across end-to-end (E2E) processes, leveraging data-driven insights to analyze, optimize, and streamline workflows across production, supply chain, and logistics.

Required Knowledge/experience
Master’s degree in engineering, IT, Supply Chain or a related field, with an interest in digitalization and data driven environments.
Maximum two years of previous working experience (prior to or after graduation).
Good understanding of production planning, logistics, and supply chain principles
Analytical mindset, able to read data and translate it into tangible advice & insights. In addition, you have the learning ability to quickly work with IT systems and Tools (e.g. Excel, BI Tools, ...)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably in diverse, cross-functional teams while acting with integrity, credibility, and consistency.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and can turn complex challenges into practical solutions You critically analyze situations and take the initiative to tackle bottlenecks efficiently.
As this is a truly global program, you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English. A very good knowledge of Dutch is mandatory.
