Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant

Location: Canada (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time (as applicable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-based ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), HCM, SCM, or Procurement based on project scope.
Perform system setup, personalization, and functional configurations.
Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Develop functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks (CWB), and solution design artifacts.
Coordinate and execute testing activities including CRP, SIT, and UAT.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and security standards.
Deliver end-user training and create user documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Strong hands-on experience in one or more Oracle Fusion modules:
Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
HCM Cloud
SCM / Procurement Cloud
Experience with Oracle Fusion setups, workflows, and approvals.
Good understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and basic reporting.
Strong communication skills and experience working with remote/global teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s).
Experience with integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs.
Prior experience supporting Canadian or North American clients.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of data migration using FBDI.
Experience with security roles and access management in Oracle Fusion.
Functional + technical hybrid experience.
