Integration Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Lead to oversee the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end data integration solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between upstream data sources (Core Banking, Payments, Channels) and downstream consumers (Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, and AML platforms).

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Integration: Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to define integration requirements and SLAs across the full data lifecycle (ingestion, transformation, and storage).
Dependency Management: Proactively manage upstream source system changes and data quality issues while mitigating downstream impacts on reporting and analytics.
Process Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve integration bottlenecks to ensure scalability, reliability, and minimal disruption to stakeholders.
Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain Jira backlogs to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Change Management: Assess risks and impacts of system changes, proposing mitigation strategies and developing communication plans for smooth transitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Data Engineering or Integration roles with a track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.
Agile Proficiency: Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.
Technical Problem Solving: Ability to address complex challenges such as data latency, schema changes, and API limitations.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the Financial Services (FS) domain is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements and business objectives.

Preferred Technical Skills

Familiarity with Cloud-based data platforms (Azure) or Big Data ecosystems.
Knowledge of ADF (Azure Data Factory) or ADB (Azure Databricks) is a significant plus.
Understanding of data governance and compliance best practices.

Round 2: Mandatory Face-to-Face (F2F) at the site in Toronto.
