Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension

Experience Range in Required Skills:

6–8 years

Job Description

Desirable Skills:

5+ years of work experience in development, customizing, and delivering Energy Management Systems for Electric Power Utilities leveraging industry practices
Knowledgeable and proficient in Electric SCADA, Power DMS, Transmission EMS implementations
5 years of experience with C, Java, and SQL/Oracle Database
5+ years of experience with OOPS skills using C++, Full Stack Java, or other related languages
5+ years of experience with EMS, AEMS products (design and development)
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, SQL, shell scripting, and ability to read and interpret logs and debug files
5 years’ experience on real-time or mission-critical systems
Must have experience picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems
Proven track record of problem analysis, identification, and resolution
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
