About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic and endlessly curious Production Intern to join our Sidemen Reacts channel team on a 12-month contract. You’ll be part of the squad that sources viral content for the Sidemen to react to and curate content through clever ideation and editing magic.

You’ll help ensure every episode has the right story, talent, locations, challenges, props and surprises lined up. You'll pick up skills in idea generation, video editing and production alongside working with incredibly talented curators of social content.

What You’ll Do

Generate a high volume of fresh, innovative ideas for Sidemen Reacts videos that both our audience, and The Sidemen find entertaining
Ensure clips are appropriate for reaction content, and avoid known copyright issues where possible.
Assemble compilations using the editing software of your choice.
Create intros, context, and voiceovers using tools such as AI where needed (similar to existing Sidemen Reacts videos).
Collaborate with a team of freelancers also tasked with creating compilations
Work within an established feedback system run by the Channel Manager, collaborating closely to maintain quality.

About You

Deep understanding of The Sidemen: their humour, personalities, and what they enjoy watching.
Live and breathe online culture, constantly aware of viral moments, trends, memes, internet humour.
Proven ability to come up with lots of creative ideas quickly.
Editing ability (any software) — enough to assemble clean, engaging compilations.
Experience with AI tools for voiceovers, intros or context creation (or willingness to learn).
Strong instinct for what is entertaining, clickable and watchable.
Ability to manage workload, juggle multiple ideas and keep up with fast-paced output.
