About The Job

At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Organization: Alignerr Position: JavaScript Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $60–$90 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training Support Will Be Provided)

Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for efficiency and ES6+ standards.
Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions to problems across varying difficulty levels.
Create human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies.
Identify and flag edge cases in AI-generated web and backend code.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation).
3-5 years of experience with modern frameworks like React, Node.js, or Vue.

Preferred

Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
