About the Company
Retain is a workforce intelligence platform that helps organizations understand what employees actually need in real time. It captures anonymous employee signals from the systems people already use and maps them to the benefits, tools, policies, and services a company has in place. This creates a clear picture of what is working, what is underutilized, and where gaps or wasted spend exist. The result is smarter workforce decisions, higher utilization, and measurable ROI from existing investments.
