Skills Required:
• Test Automation Strategy:Identifying and selecting appropriate test cases for automation, designing and documenting the automation strategy, and creating an automation test plan.
• Script Development:Writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and relevant programming languages.
• Test Execution:Executing test scripts, analyzing results, and reporting test outcomes. Collaboration:Working closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases and address bug fixes.
• Staying Current:Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies in testing and automation. Skills and Qualifications:Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, or familiarity with other WebDriver-compatible languages like PHP, Ruby, or C#.
• Selenium WebDriver: Extensive knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, including its APIs and capabilities. Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• SDLC and Agile: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Debugging and Analytical Skills: Ability to effectively debug test scripts and analyze test results. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Salary Range - CA$ 80,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year
