About The Team
The Sales Support Team is a high-performing, collaborative group that plays a critical role in Softcat's continued growth across North America. We work closely with Client Managers and regional sales teams to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences and support long-term customer success.
Be Part of Our North America Sales Growth Story
You will be an integral member of a fast-paced and ambitious sales team supporting Softcat's growth in the US market. You will work closely with a Senior Salesperson, assisting with the day-to-day management and development of customer accounts.
This role is sales-focused rather than administrative, with shared responsibility for driving gross profit growth across the customer base.
As an Internal Client Manager you will:
Support and grow customer accounts by managing quotes, renewals, and sales workflows for Account Managers
Identify, develop, and close revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts (commission eligible)
Upsell and expand software renewals while maximizing gross profit growth
Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
Participate in customer calls, QBRs, and account planning activities
