Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Partner in Salesforce sales to drive growth and foster client relationships for our Salesforce services and solutions. In this role, you will use your expertise in Salesforce and advisory skills to build, manage, and expand high-value client relationships. You'll work closely with senior business leaders and C-suite executives to position our Salesforce offerings as the top solution for their digital transformation needs.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and advisory strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals for Salesforce services across various sectors in the United States.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and technological challenges and recommending Salesforce solutions that deliver value and a competitive edge.
Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, cultivating long-term relationships while gaining a deep understanding of their strategic goals.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solutions, delivery, and marketing teams to create customized proposals for Hitech & Technology clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge of Salesforce.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and post-sale engagement, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Keep up to date with industry trends, Salesforce product innovations, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continuously improve our sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 7 years of proven success in sales within the technology sector, with experience selling Salesforce services and solutions to BFSI or HLS or TMT/CMT, CPG Retail OR Hi-tech organizations.
Strong consultative skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that align with their business objectives.
Experience working in an outsourcing model, collaborating with offshore teams, and managing projects across multiple time zones.
In-depth understanding of industry trends and key players across sectors such as Communications, Media, Technology, and High-Tech.
Expertise in Salesforce, with a preference for Salesforce certifications, and a demonstrated ability to recommend best practices and solutions on the platform.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for engaging and influencing senior executives and decision-makers.
A strong track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies and advisory plans, consistently achieving tangible results.
